For the second year in a row, the Ranger Swim Team won first overall at the Duncanville Invitational meet. The meet had 11 participating teams in the meet. Boys placed first overall and girls finished 4th, ranking higher than last year. The boys had several first places finishes including Aaron Roper (500 free), Jax Pounds (200IM, 50 free), Alex Lira (100 backstroke), 200 Free Relay (Lira, Jason Dunham, Abraham Martinez, and Pounds), 400 free relay (Martinez, Dunham, Lira, and Pounds). Jacob Dunham, Aldo Espinosa also finished in the top 5 adding points to the boys' first place finish. Other personal best times were Matthew Case, Calvin Hawkins, Benjamin Beauchamp, Jacob Remmel, and Jacob Dunham.
The girls were lead by senior Abbigail Pace who medaled in both of her individual events and both relays. Pace placed 2nd in her 200IM with a personal best time and 3rd place in her 100 breast stroke. The girls 200 Free relay (Jessica Walter, Brooke Guthrie, Georgina Aurelio, and Pace) placed 3rd, and the 400 free relay made up of Walter, Guthrie, Aurelio, and Pace placed 3rd as well. Jessica Walter, Taelor Shelton placed in the top 10 in their individual events helping the girls score points.
